Recomand oricui este interesat,imi place foarte mult cum suna,scoate armonicile bine. In caz ca este cineva interesat de layout aici. EP booster (si aici ma refer pentru cei ce nu stiu) este realizat dupa preampul de Echoplex EP 3 care la origine avea 2N5457 (diferente foarte mari nu sunt dar sunt). Tocmai ca nu vroiam sa ma refer la "voltage gain" ci la caracteristicile de transfer ( functie de impedantele in curent continuu de In si Out ) care nu sunt la fel nici macar la aceleasi tipuri de FET. Cu o sursa foarte bine stabilizata si un voltmetru de mare precizie se pot observa aceste diferente care in amplificarile de semnal mic sunt critice . In mod usual la FET-uri nu se foloseste acest termen (factor de amplificare) dar practic , functioneaza ca un coeficient intre tensiunile D-G .
