gigimarga Posted October 15, 2007 Share Posted October 15, 2007 (edited) ma roade de mai mult timp ideea asta...sa "aud" parerile altor persoane cunoscatoare in ale muzicii rock vis-a-vis de cel mai "underrated" album si, respectiv, cel mai "overrated" album ascultat...scuze de "underrated" si "overrated", dar, fiind in viteza, nu am timp sa stau sa-mi bat capul cu niste traduceri adecvate cu ocazia asta poate mai descopar si eu si alte trupe/albume interesante bineinteles, o sa incep eu: 1. underrated: pink floyd - "the final cut" - 1983...pentru mine cel mai emotionant album ascultat pana in prezent 2. overrated: orice album dream theater...stiu ca o sa-mi sara multi in cap, dar imi asum riscul let's go... Most underrated: e mai greu de spus... Sunt prea multe care ar fi meritat sa fie top. De altfel si 'Houdini' de la Melvins e overrated (e un album ok, dar nicidecum nu e super-mega capodopera grunge pa care o descriu multi critici). *Later edit - la underrated am uitat 'In Search of' de la Fu Manchu - poate cel mai tare si cel mai divers album al lor. Si, pe aceeasi lungime de unda, sint(au fost) trupe/albume considerate "overrated" pentru ca au facut mare galagie cu CRITICA, si nu cu PUBLICUL...........IAR ASTA, MAI DEPARTE DEPINZIND DE LOCUL unde te afli.......am avut ocazia sa calatoresc, si multi alti ergecisti, presupun, si ati vazut ca in alt loc/cultura gustul dicteaza lucruri diferite.... Ideea e ca treaba cu over/under e pina la urma foarte relativa...nu stiu daca vorbim de o preferinta/parere strict personala -- sau DA, DE FAPT VORBIM, .....sau daca ne plingem ca trupa X, care NE PLACE SAU NU (din motive estetice, sau profesionale, caci sintem prea multi care cintam cu chitara/diverse instrumente lol), a avut albumul Y difuzat in exces, sau prea putin (pentru gustul nostru) in Z interval de timp, pe radio/tv, intr-un anumit market..... .... avem atitea de considerat, haha....
