Ce Inseamna Auto-Split Cand Vine Vorba De Hss

..am tot cautat pe net informatii despre asa ceva, la fel si aici in forum si nu am gasit. Sunt curios ce diferenta e intre conectarea standard a unei chtare cu configuratie HSS sau conectarea in Auto-Split, ca si in schema urmatoare: http://www.seymourduncan.com/support/wiring-diagrams/schematics.php?schematic=1h_2s_1v_2t_5w_as

Vreau sa stiu daca 'are rost' sa-mi conectez astfel dozele sau nu...zice ca nu e nevoie de un super-switch pentru schema asta. Thanks a lot!

Permite-mi să citez esențialul:

 

Auto-split just means that when you have the 5-way switch in the middle/bridge position, you’ll only be getting one coil of the bridge pickup, rather than the full humbucker. It’s supposed to be closer to the traditional Strat “notch tone” than having the full bridge humbucker active. In the bridge position, you still have the full humbucker active, so this mod can give you the best of both worlds.

 

Multe superstrat-uri HSH cu selector în 5 poziții oferă această facilitate și e probabil cel mai logic.
