Care e problema ta?Nu am voie sa intreb!Sunt si eu un incepator si vreau sa stiu cateva lucruri,ca e prima oara cand vreau sa-mi cumpar ceva de pe thomann.Ai fi tu mare chitarist acu..... Signs of wear are only covered, if they occurred despite appropriate care or because of demonstrably bad workmanship. In other words: even an expensive trumpet looks pretty bad after a while if you don't wipe off sweat and spit. We're very obliging, but neither we nor the manufacturer can be held responsible for inappropriate care :-) From now on, the respective instruments are delivered with basic care tips. For perishable items as well as products whose manufacturer offers a warranty period longer than 3 years, the manufacturer's warranty is valid, of course." Omu' n-a zis nimic de nici o coarda, el vorbea de chitari! Snappy rgc-isti.... @Raynnbow: produsele, chiar si in halul asta de ieftine (citeste: de calitate slaba/entry level) sint acoperite de garantie, care in lumea ..., hmmm, mai "civilizata", chiar se respecta. Cu alte cuvinte, daca s-a intimplat ceva nashpa cu ostromentu', si nu e din cauza vreunui abuz/accident, etc., (deci sub conditii normale de utilizare), atunci il trimiti la un service center desemnat de fabricant (in termenii de garantie) unde baietii iti repara SAU iti inlocuiesc scula, in functie de ce e mai fezabil pentru ei la momentul respectiv. (nu stiu cum e in Germania, dar in state, de exemplu, TREBUIE de asemenea sa obtii in prealabil un cod de control ce va insoti produsul -return authorization number /R.A.#). ATENTIE: chiar daca baietii "acopera" eventuala reparatie in totalitate, TU esti raspunzator de cheltuielile de transport.... Asa ca din punctul asta de vedere incearca sa-ti iei o pedala, ceva, iar nu pian cu coada In alta ordine de idei, daca iti iei chitara (sau chiar "pack") SUB 100 de iepuroi, chiar nu poti avea pretentii, asa ca la banii astia vei trage de scule pina crapa, fara sa iti mai faci griji de vreo garantie (decit daca sint distruse direct din ambalaj). De-aici a si inceput distractia. Dupa care, vazand ca iese urat, si-a editat postul. In rest, guitarhead cred ca l-a lamurit.
