Salutare tuturor muzicienilor de pe RGC. Vin si eu cu o mica propunere pentru doritori. Sunt un tanar muzician din Bucuresti si m-am gandit sa caut cativa oameni pentru distractie in ceea ce priveste muzica mai "veche". Ca sa fiu mai explicit eu cant la chitara si voce dar stiu cate putin si din celelalte instrumente (clape,bass,tobe). As vrea sa gasesc eventual un chitarist care sa aibe si abilitati vocale pentru backing vocals, un basist si un tobar (desi orice loc inafara de voce este liber pentru toti). Fiind o activitate libera si pentru moment lipsita de orice venit financiar nu pot avea pretentii la oameni cu studii muzicale (si nici nu prea ma incanta ideea), asa ca toti doritorii pot da un mesaj atata timp cat stiu ca pot reproduce cateva note dupa ureche, pot canta niste acorduri si cel mai important, le place sa faca asta . Genul/genurile vizate ar fi urmatoarele (desi pot varia fara nicio problema): Blues-rock, hard-rock, arena-rock, classic rock. Trupe/artisti de referinta: Richie Sambora - Albumele Stranger in this town si Undiscovered Soul Winger Guns and Roses Bon Jovi Whitesnake Aerosmith Lista poate continua la nesfarsit...daca se pot face si compozitii originale, de ce nu? Pentru inceput, datorita faptului ca aceste genuri sunt destul de obscur intelese de oamenii din ziua de azi, ma gandeam sa fac totul acustic (mai putini oameni, mai putina bataie de cap). Repet faptul ca momentan totul este DOAR PENTRU NEVOIA DE A NE DISTRA si nu aceea strict de a face bani din lucrul asta. Daca va fi cazul de mai mult am incredere in faptul ca situatia va lua o forma mai bine conturata pe parcurs. Ca si echipament si locatie pot pune la dispozitie urmatoarele: 1. Chitara electrica Epiphone Les Paul Special 2. Procesor Boss GT 8 3. Mixer Samson MixPad MXP124 4. Amplificator boxe homemade (500W + 50W rezerva) 5. Boxe Jazz Hi-fi 60 W x 2 Locatia in functie de cati oameni se strang va fi discutata. Daca sunt oameni putini si merita ceva acustic putem face la mine acasa, daca insa vom fi mai multi putem inchiria un spatiu si duce lucrurile acolo (mai am acasa boxe cu nemiluita si amplificatoare dar nu le aduc aici la Bucuresti momentan ca n-am loc de ele). We need a drummer and a keyboard player ! Up until now we have a great guitarist, a bass player and lead vocals. We've managed to craft 4-5 songs in the last few days and hopefully record them somehow. And regarding to the unpleasant comments, as you can see i'm not gonna take them on simply because these people probably don't know so much about music itself and would rather go on bringing rude and impolite words just to make themselves a name here. As long as the other bands can have a post/topic here and can have a personal space to post information, we have a place too. Have a nice day !

Hey everyone, My name is Michael and I found this as an opportunity to set sails and help others rediscover 80s music. I've searched for some time to see if there are any romanian bands that sing this genre and I saw nothin'. So, I've decided to do something that would somehow revive those times. From the beginning I want to advise readers that it isn't necessary to USE OFFENSIVE LANGUAGE, HATE or DISCOURAGE this post because everybody has a voice, and we all want do something that we like (hopefully other will too). This post is only related to those who like this type of music and want to make something in this direction. Starting with this project's goal, it's supposed to be a well-grounded project with 3 simple steps to be followed: 1. Gather proper people. 2. Work out some songs. 3. Get out in the world and change it. Though it may be simple it's quite hard to establish these steps so I'm gonna break it down and try to explain what I want from those "proper people". First of all, those interested and who want to take part in this should take a visit to Wikipedia and search for Glam Metal, Hard-Rock and Arena Rock in order to understand the principles and elementary characteristics of these genres (from aesthetics and visual aspects to the Los Angeles Sunset Strip music scene and heavy blues rooted signature of songs). It may be seen like something weird but you really can't have that feeling without looking like you're supposed to be and more than that, how can you inspire people the 80s when you don't have that long back-combed hair, denim jacket and headband?
