prowler Posted February 20, 2006 Author Share Posted February 20, 2006 termenu e destul de vag, diferita lume intelege lucruri diferite. ce inteleg eu este ca, spre deosebire de un album tematic (sau asa ceva), cantecele sunt unite intre ele printr-o poveste, si albumul evolueaza de la primul pana la ultimul cantec. Asta e unul din albumele ce si-a lasat puternic amprenta pe modul meu de a asculta si a intelege muzica. Marilyn Manson - The Golden Age of Grotesque .. si cred ca si Negura Bunget - 'N Crugul Bradului (daca asa se scrie, nush sigur) yup, Human Equation e bestial. cel mai mult imi place day 11 sfarsitu e genial.. as mai vrea sa mentionez ca albume conceptuale, Iced Earth- Night Of the Stormrider(despre un om intr-un fel de lume medievala fantastica care devine scarbit de religie si devine antihristu) Iced Earth- Horror Show(nu neaparat conceptual in adevaratul sens al cuvantului, dar toate cantecele in afara de "ghost of freedom" au ca subiect diverse personaje din filme horror. cel mai bun mi se pare "Dracula") King Diamond ar mai fi de mentionat, in afara de primul album mi se pare ca toate sunt conceptuale(povesti horror), Abigail e destul de tare. ...dar crema cremelor e Iron Maiden- Seventh Son of a Seventh Son, e genial albumu', despre un copil care devine profet. e chiar destul de accesibil si tinde spre prog rock cateodata. multe cantece sunt "catchy" si versurile sunt exceptionale: "so i think i'll leave you, with your sorrow and your guilt, so until the next time, have a good sin" Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Asa ca mai putem baga si deep purple lejer in categoria asta [din MULTE puncte de vedere], jethro tull [ the flute is a heavy, metal instrument! ], poate ELP [pictures at an exhibition?], pink floyd [aici nu bag mana-n foc ca s-ar incadra la punctul meu de vedere], si ca sa dau si exemple recente: gogol bordello pentru genul numit de ei gipsy punk rock.
