to be a clown
making laugh my soul
my soul

Stop painting 
landscapes
with closed eyes

To be smoke
of a cigarette 
that you light, inhale, expel

Smoke and breath  
dissipating at the same time

smoke and breath

I would like 
to paint my face in white 
deleting time  
put on my lips 
a smile
and a tear sleeping 
in my eyes

I would like
to be the silence in a temple
the thought that transfuses me
the fruit and the tree
water for me

a word that portrays a way 
hidden in the mist
