"Miezul" muzeului a fost conceput de arhitect dupa ce a studiat ( si apoi stilizat ) forma unui stratocaster distrus pe scena de Hendrix. Conferinte rock, battle of the bands, arhive de reviste de muzica,spatii de repetitie pentru trupe, concerte...intr-un cuvant : o enclava rock.
