Salutare !

 

am un prieten care are un Digitech GNX 1 , nefolosit de ceva vreme.

acesta este.

 

Problema este ca nu mai are soft la el, si nu functioneaza.

 

Acum intreb, este cineva care cunoaste de unde as putea face rost de acest soft, sau daca il aveti, sunteti dispus sa ne ajutati ?

 

orice informatie poate sa fie de ajutor.

Inscrie-te pe forum si cauta procedura de update a unui GNX transformat in caramida... debrick sau unbrick.

 

Se intampla ca la o incercare de actualizare nereusita sa se transforme in cutie fara nici-un raspuns la comenzi si fara sa afiseze nimic.

Adica sa se comporte ca o caramida.

Exista un procedeu prin care se recupereaza. Tot de acolo download firmware-ul adecvat (sectiunea suport)

 

Am patit acelasi lucru cu GNX3 cand era nou, incercand sa updatez softul, mi-a sarit inima din mine, m-am ingalbenit, inverzit, insa l-am recuperat instant. Nu mai stiu precis care este procedura dar gasesti acolo.

Treuie sa ai o interfata (adaptor) MIDI functionala la PC.

PC Update Procedure

 

Download the correct executable file for your GENETX™ device to your computer. (select from grey boxes to the left)

Extract the zipped files to GenUpdater's OS directory. If you installed GenEdit to the default location you will find this directory at

C:\Program Files\DigiTech\GenEdit\GenUpdater\OS

Make sure your GENETX™ device is connected to the computer via MIDI (see GenEdit Help for more information).

If you have presets or settings you would like to save, use GenEdit to backup the device (see GenEdit help for more information).

Launch GenUpdater.

Select the correct GENETX™ product and MIDI ports from the drop-down lists.

Click the Select Version button and select the OS file with the correct version number, indicated by the last two characters of the file name, excluding the extension (e.g. GNX3_10.h00 = GNX-3 version 1.0)

Click Open to open the OS file and begin the update.

When the update completes, close GenUpdater.

If you have a GNX floor processor, follow the prompts to recalibrate the expression pedal and allow it to reboot.

If you created a backup, restore it using GenEdit.

 

 

Update Recovery

If you should encounter errors or if the power is interrupted during the update process, follow these steps to recover and complete the update:

 

Power off your GENETX™ device.

Repeat Update Procedure steps 5-8 above.

When the GenUpdater status window shows "Trying to connect to the target" immediately power on your GENETX™ device

There is a narrow window of time in which the device must respond to GenUpdater. If you see the message "Couldn't clear the target's LEDs" in the status window the connection attempt has failed and you will need to repeat steps 1 & 3 until the update begins.

Follow Update Procedure steps 9-11 above.
