Dozele sunt echivalentul putin mai modern al Gibson Classic 57, de care sunt foarte apropiate ca si sound, parca au ceva mai multa medie. Este un set foarte echilibrat, din gama PAF, care suna bine cam in toate contextele muzicale, atat pe clean, care este cald, clar, dar si pe pe crunch si lead unde taie bine prin mix cu o multime de armonice. Dozele au fost demontate dintr-o chitara mai veche si suna mult mai bine decat cele recente, la care Gibson a inceput sa faca economie drastica la materia prima.
