Am venit aici să întreb dacă cineva de aici știe ceva despre această chitară în special, despre istoria ei, specificațiile (hardware și altele), poate chiar un catalog cu chitara în cauză și cum era prezentată pe atunci (dacă catalogul încă există sau a existat oricum) și, de asemenea, dacă cineva are sugestii/sfaturi despre restaurarea acestei chitare pentru un cântat modern, fără a compromite aspectul și poate chiar și pickup-urile (dacă ale mele încă funcționează sau dacă găsesc unele care încă funcționează).
În prezent, am îndepărtat toată vopseaua de pe chitară (atât cea vopsită cu spray în roșu, cât și explozia originală de sub vopseaua spray) și sunt în proces de îndepărtare a legăturilor și de netezire a imperfecțiunilor.

Hello! I’m currently the owner of what is believed to be a Doina Meteor, that I have inherited from my grandad from Romania. The state I’ve originally found the guitar in is actually a lot different than most of the models I’ve seen “researched” online, aside from the fancy red paint job that I presume my grandad added. Metal plates were covering both the meteor logo on the front and where the Doina emblem should’ve been on the back of the headstock, though the emblem was missing. The lack of the Doina emblem and the metal plates added to cover the headstock makes me want to believe that this guitar could’ve been resold, presumably under a local brand hence why the logos were covered.
Ive come here to ask if anyone here knows anything about this guitar in particular, its history, its specifications (hardware and such) , HECK, maybe even a catalog with the guitar in question and how it was presented back then (if the catalog still exists or existed anyway) and also if anyone has any suggestions / tips on restoring this guitar for modern playing without compromising on its looks and perhaps even pickups (if mine still work or if I find some that still work)
currently I’ve stripped the guitar of all its paint (both the spray painted red and the old original burst beneath the spray paint) and currently in the process of removing the binding and smoothing out imperfections.
