"What causes the switches to make audible clicking sound though the

amplifier when tuned on and off? How can this be avoided?

 

The POP noise is not from the Octa. It's due to DC leak from some pedals

output, and some amps with a hot input that also has DC leak at the input jack. These DC-leaks cause the POP noises.

Nothing we can do anything about as long the Octa is 100 true bypass, cause

it's the combination on some pedals that cause these DC differences, and

these pass uncut in a true bypass system.

 

Only thing to do is the have the pedal which cause the problem checked and

corrected to avoid the DC"
