Voodoo Chile - Octafuzz (pret 85 Euro) Analog, natural sounding OCTAVE UP pedal, with an additional fuzz circuit, based on the drafts of Roger Mayer. This effect was one of Jimi Hendrix's favorite, but you can also hear it in lot of other songs. By adjusting the clean octave as MIRROR, you can hear an effect of ring-modulator. Beside to the basic construction the GIPSY/MIRROR switch in the position GIPSY separates the octave effect from the fuzz. You can get the best impact of this effect while playing around the 12th fret and using the neck pickup. This stompbox was not only made for guitar players but also can be a great experience among musicians playing bass!

This Fuzz is based on two different versions, depending on its transistor. One is built with AC128 germanium, the other one with Mullard OC44 germanium transistors. Take an excursion in the '60s and explore the guitar sound of that time, combine it with different pedals and see and hear how wonderful things can be done with this vintage tremolo. Of course, it does it's thing excellently on its own as well: it gives You the sound of the old classic amp's (AC30, Bluesbreaker) included tremolo sound.

Besides the usual parameters, there is also a potmeter called 'WAVE'. With this, you can change the modulating waveform from 'Trapeze' to 'Trampoline'. Attention! In 'Trampoline' mode, the speed potmeter can be adjusted between 11' and 5's.
