Guest dafy Posted November 9, 2009 Posted November 9, 2009 eu cred ca nu ai suficienta forta in degete si atunci involuntar incerci sa compensezi prin incordarea bicepsului si a altor muschi ,incearca niste exercitii ce ti-ar marii forta antebratului si a degetelor se gaseau mai demult cercuri de cauciuc tocmai pentru acest exercitiu .Bafta!!!
