It's sold as in the photos - the case is included, and no other accessories/manual. It uses a regular PC type cable and the manual you can find online along with all the YouTube videos of this legendary unit. Since it is solid aluminium it is quite a heavy machine. it has been used, but was well taken care of. it has some minor scratches, and marks of use, but is in perfect working condition. Pair it with some good drive pedals in the loops and you get yourself an amazing touring rig. Use my number to call/ask questions - I am rarely checking here.
