Until one day, when she left the village and became an opera singer.Since then, she struggled as an immigrant in the countries where she lived. But deep inside she’s still the little girl from Transylvania. Her true voice comes from her roots. That’s what she feels and sings with our band Zmeitrei. And now the first album is ready! Now it’s time for Paula to go home, to Transylvania, in the village where her voice was born. With your help, she will record this album in the same places that have a special meaning for her story. It’s our unique chance to record this album with the Grammy-awarded producer Ian Brennan, who is specialized in world-class field recordings.A unique chance to open her voice and our music to the world! https://headtalker.com/campaigns/romanian-kickstarter-campaign/https://www.facebook.com/ZmeiTrei Edited May 28, 2015 by Guest
Zmei Trei. Că, dacă n-ar fi, nu s-ar povesti. http://adevarul.ro/entertainment/muzica/romanii-cucerit-berlinul-zmei-trei-muzica-sufletului-aspru-romanesc-1_561002ecf5eaafab2c46db13/index.html

Guest Posted April 11, 2017 Posted April 11, 2017 (edited) ZMEI3 - a film by Roman Rhode ZMEI3 is the band of Romanian immigrants whose beautiful and heartfelt music rises from the harsh realities and struggles of a post-Communist rule. Their debut album Rough Romanian Soul was recorded in august 2015, live without overdubs in Transylvania, by the Grammy® award-winner Ian Brennan. The documentary film directed by the German journalist Roman Rhode is following the journey of the musicians deep into the mountains of Transylvania - and into inspiration and self-discovery. More than a simple look behind the scenes of the album recording, this film portrays the personal connection of the band members with the roots of their music. The sound and live performances were field recorded. More about the band: https://www.zmei3.com Listen to the album: https://zmei3.lnk.to/rrs Edited April 11, 2017 by Guest
