Descoperiri muzicale

Sacramento / San Francisco based, progressive doom-rock scientists, Giant Squid, have been wielding palatial vocals and enormous waves of cello, keys, and exotic sludge riffs for over ten years, garnering universal critical acclaim from all over the world. Marine biology and natural history metaphorically collide with heartbreaking stories of historic human tragedy; resulting in some of the most unexpectedly emotional and sincere music being made today in any underground scene. Cherished by a cult following of fans, Giant Squid has maintained and nurtured their fierce originality for over a decade, while still remaining relevant and tactful in the expert execution of their art.

Forget the G's music has been described as Alternative Rock meshed with Post Grunge, while sonically full of outrageous elements from the Experimental world.

"The way we try to deliver our music, is to have our listeners being with us in the Subtle, Dynamical and Contradictive dimension that we comfortably found ourselves in."

Tsu Shi Ma Mi Re (つしまみれ, TSMMR) is an all-girl Japanese rock trio. Their style is eclectic punk rock, mixing noisy and pop instrumental sounds with idiosyncratic, quirky, often funny or disturbing lyrics.

Although tsushimamire sounds like a Japanese word, it is not. It is a combination of Tsushima (the family name of bassist Yayoi) with "Ma" (from guitarist/vocalist Mari) and "Mi" (from drummer Mizue). In addition, mamire means "mixed up" in Japanese: thus the effect is that of "Tsushima (Yayoi), Mari and Mizue all mixed together."

The 70's called, they want King Gizzard + The Lizard Wizard back :)))
