We do not require extensive experience because that is something that is achieved together through hard work and dedication. However, we are looking for people that will treat their part with respect and think of themselves as members of the band. That being said this is what we are looking for: A metric fuckton of concerts in his portfolio - Not... Ancient wisdom and knowledge - NO! Live mix engineer requirements: Extensive understanding of audio equipment. Know how to use audio mixers digital/analogue alike. Make sure the minimum audio equipment needs are met at every concert. Solve on site issues efficiently. Be present at some of our rehearsals. Lighting choreographer requirements: Extensive understanding of lighting equipment Able to create lighting choreography for each individual song Ability to adapt the choreography as much as possible to the venue’s equipment.
